Refund & Returns Policy
Standard stock items
Unused stock-size heat sinks may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Contact us first for a return authorisation; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Custom-made products
Products manufactured to your drawing or specification (custom profiles, cut lengths, special anodizing) are non-returnable unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specification.
Defective or incorrect goods
If goods arrive defective, damaged, or not matching your order, send us photos or a short video within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the goods or refund you, and we cover the return shipping in this case.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
Return shipping costs
For non-quality returns (for example, you ordered the wrong size), the buyer pays return shipping, and the original shipping cost is not refunded.
How to start a return
Email sales@makzone.shop with your order number, the part and quantity, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions.
