Dispatch time

In-stock sizes are packed and handed to the courier within 48 hours. Custom extrusions or machined parts usually take 2–3 weeks depending on tooling and quantity.

Shipping methods

Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — typically 3–7 business days worldwide, best for samples and small orders.
Air freight — for mid-size orders where speed matters.
Sea freight — the economical choice for volume orders above roughly 100 kg.

Incoterms & pricing

Product prices on this site are quoted EXW Shenzhen. Shipping costs, insurance and any import duties or taxes are calculated for your destination and quoted separately before payment.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the parcel leaves our factory.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and VAT/GST are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you need commercial invoice details in advance, tell us when ordering.
