What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. You can order a single heat sink to test before committing to volume. Tiered prices start at 100 / 500 / 1,000 / 5,000 pcs and are applied automatically in the cart.
Can you produce custom sizes or profiles?
Yes. We extrude, cut to length, CNC-machine, tap and anodize to your drawing. Send us a STEP/DWG file or even a sketch with dimensions — we reply within one business day.
What is the lead time?
In-stock sizes are packed and dispatched within 48 hours. Custom extrusions or machined parts typically take 2–3 weeks depending on tooling and quantity.
Which materials do you offer?
Mainly aluminium 6063-T5 for extruded profiles, plus copper for high-power applications. Surface finishes include mill finish, black anodizing, natural anodizing and custom colours.
How do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) or by air/sea freight for volume orders. Prices are quoted EXW Shenzhen, so shipping and duties are calculated and quoted separately for your destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe and PayPal for sample and small orders. For volume orders we also accept T/T bank transfer, which usually carries lower fees on large amounts.
Can I get drawings or thermal data?
Yes. Every product page lists the dimensions and thermal resistance where applicable. If you need a STEP model or a test report, request it with your enquiry.
Do you offer samples before a bulk order?
Yes — because the MOQ is one piece, you can simply order the exact part you intend to buy and validate it in your own assembly first.
Can you anodize in custom colours?
Yes. Natural (clear), black, and custom colours are available on request for volume orders. Tell us the RAL or provide a sample.
Where are you located?
Our factory is in Shenzhen, China. We ship directly from the factory, which is why we can publish factory prices on every product page.
