Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example due to stock or pricing error) and will refund any payment made.

Prices and currency

All prices are in USD and quoted EXW Shenzhen. Shipping, insurance, duties and taxes are not included and are quoted separately. Tiered prices apply automatically at the quantities shown on each product page.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. For volume orders we also accept T/T bank transfer. Goods are produced or dispatched after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery and risk

Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier (EXW). Delays caused by customs or the carrier are outside our control.

Custom products

For goods made to your drawing, you are responsible for the accuracy of the specification you provide. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Warranty

We warrant that goods conform to the agreed specification and are free from material defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover misuse, modification or improper mounting.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime.

Governing law
